Claim your two days

The next turning point is September 22–23, 2026, in 55 days. That's enough runway to sort your sourcing properly, which is the whole difference between finishing and not.

Free, and it stays free. One email address is the whole cost of entry. We ask where you’re juicing from and whether you’re bringing anyone once you’re in — not before.

You're in

Check your inbox for the pamphlet. We'll be back once more, a week before the date, and then not again until the next turning point.

What arrives

Two emails. That's the list.

We have all seen what happens after you hand over an address in this category. This is the whole of what we do with it.

  1. Today

    The pamphlet

The full protocol, the regional sourcing lists in print, a shopping worksheet, the day-three return, and the contraindications. Designed to be printed and stuck on a fridge. Yours whether or not you put anything behind it.

  2. 7 days out

    One reminder

A short note a week before the date: what's in season in your region, the exact window for your longitude, and a nudge to sort your produce. Nothing to click, nothing to buy.

  3. After that

Silence, until the next turning point

No weekly newsletter, no launch sequence, no partner mailings. We contact you four times a year at most, and only ever about a cycle. Unsubscribe is one click and we never ask why.

What we don't do with your address

We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to partners. Sponsors get a credit on the pamphlet and nothing else — not the list, not a segment of it, not an introduction. That is written into how partnership works and it isn't negotiable at any price.

One last check before you commit

Two days of juice only isn't safe for everyone — anyone on insulin, anyone with kidney disease, anyone pregnant, and anyone with a history of disordered eating, among others. If you're on that list you can still do the cycle; you just do it differently.

While you wait

Three things worth doing this week

Fifty-odd days is a long time to hold an intention. These are the moves that make it survive the wait.

Ten minutes

Find your source

Open the regional guide, see what will be at market on the date, and identify one specific place your produce could come from. Not a category — a place, with a name.

Open the guide →

Five minutes

Post the borrow message

The juicer ask takes one message on a neighbourhood group and usually gets answered within a day. Doing it now removes the excuse that shows up on the morning of day one.

Copy the message →

One minute

Put it in your calendar

Both days, blocked out, with a reminder the week before. An intention that isn't in a calendar is a preference, and preferences lose to whatever comes up.
